Open Journal Systems (OJS) is an open source software for publishing scientific journals. It was developed by the University of British Columbia's Public Knowledge Project, Stanford University and the Simon Fraser University Library, and is being promoted by a worldwide community. The system supports the entire journal publishing process online - from article submission to peer review and the journal's website.
