This volume contains four articles dealing with different methdological appoaches on medieval economic and social history. The articles present case studies for the methods of economic topography of late medieval cities, agent-based modelling of the Hanse trade netzwork, prosopography of late medieval guild members and land assessment in Scotland. The results have been previously presented by the authors at the 8th annual conference of the reserach group for late medieval economic history in Summer 2021.
